Celebrate ANZAC day the healthy way with these gluten free, dairy free, refined sugar free biscuits. Get that delicious, classic taste we all love without the sugar rush, bloating or sore tummy.
Refined Sugar Free
You Will Need
4 Tbsp. Water
4 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
3 Tbsp. Maple Syrup
Preheat fan forced oven to 180°C.
Combine bag contents with wet ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Using approx. 1 tbsp. of the mixture, form 3 cm sized balls with wet hands and place the balls on a tray, lined with baking paper.
Flatten biscuits with a wet fork and bake for approx. 12-15 minutes or until golden~.
Cool biscuits to room temperature before transferring to an airtight container. Enjoy (in moderation).
Store at room temperature.
